Care plans your agency can resell

Care plans are steady income for an agency, and steady work for its developers. We take the work: every client site updated on a staging site first, backed up, watched for security problems and checked after each round of updates. You get a short note for each site to pass on under your brand, and you set your own price to your clients.

The plan uses the same care we give our own clients on our WordPress maintenance plan, and Guardian Shield Lite, the security plugin we built, is included. If a client site is hacked, we clean it under your name, 24/7.

Proof you can check

Most white-label work stays private, because it carries our partners’ names, not ours. One partner lets us show theirs: WP Performance, a managed WordPress hosting brand, whose marketing website we built and keep updating under their name.

Building sites for your clients too? See white-label web development and white-label web design, or every term on the agency partner page.

How it works

  1. NDA and non-solicit

Signed before you share any client details.

    From you: Your agency's details.
  2. Site list and access

We review each site and agree what the plan covers.

From you: The list of sites and access to each.
  3. First round of care

Backups, updates on staging, checks and security set up on every site.

  4. Every month

Tested updates, backups, security and checks, with a note for each site.

  5. Problems and extra work

Reported to you first; extra work is done only when you approve it.

From you: Your OK for anything outside the plan.

What affects the price

Every project gets a fixed quote after a free call, so you know the total before anything starts. These are the things that move it.

  • Number of client sites
  • PHP upgrades over 2 hours, quoted first
  • Extra work at $30 an hour, billed by the minute
