1. A free call

Every project starts with a free 30-minute call. You tell us what you want to achieve and what is in the way; we ask questions, look at what you have today, and tell you honestly what we would do. You leave with a clear plan, whether you hire us or not.

2. A fixed quote

You get a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts, so you know the total. If something outside the scope comes up later, we tell you and quote it before doing it. Monthly plans have a flat fee.

3. Built on staging

We build on a private copy of your site, called a staging site. Your live site keeps running normally while you review real pages and test real features, not pictures of them.

4. Nothing goes live until you approve it

When you are happy, we launch: the site is moved over and forms, payments, emails, redirects and tracking are checked on the live site.

5. We stay if you want us to

Many clients keep us on for updates, security and improvements, with a named developer who knows the project, so you never have to explain it from the beginning again.
