We first diagnosed the slow home page from its GTmetrix waterfall: the home page videos and third party scripts were costing more than 10 seconds. Then we installed NitroPack and switched off Autoptimize, WP Fastest Cache and WP Fastest Cache Premium.
Afterwards it scored 80 on mobile and 95 on desktop, with GTmetrix A (95%) and a fully loaded time of 2.5 s.
